"Sports Drinks vs Water: Remember we don't just sweat water, we sweat many nutrients as well.
I suggest you drink water leading up to competition and depending on the weather and the amount you are sweating then
that dictates if a sports drink should be used. When in doubt water before and after games and a sports drink during
games is a good rule of thumb."
