Return Policy:
We do not accept returns
on any instructional CD’s or DVD’s. If the CD or DVD is defective,
please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item and we will send you a replacement. Due to the nature of the service of virtual lessons, there is a no return/refund policy. The customer is responsible for submitting and clearly stating the desired skill he/she would like evaluated. It is necessary to submit your request in the correct format.

United States Postal Service (USPS) for all its’ shipping needs. We do
not include insurance with the majority of our products and services we ship First Class/Priority Mail. If the customer desires to purchase insurance, please contact rick@ricksaggese.com prior to purchasing item(s) to get the appropriate cost adjustment. Ricksaggese.com
will not be held responsible for lost items in transit, however, we will work with the customer if contacted in a reasonable
time frame. We strive to get our item(s) shipped promptly within five days from order.
