Hello, my name is Rick Saggese. I have been a Professional Baseball Mentor
in Naples, Florida for over 12 years helping kids and adults of all ages achieve their baseball goals through my
private lessons. I would like to thank you for visiting my personal website. After reviewing my site
I hope you will get an understanding on how I can help you achieve your baseball goals. You will get an idea on
how I specifically train to each individual's needs with a positive reinforcement approach. As an added benefit to
my lessons, clients have shown an increase in personal confidence, responsibility, work ethic, and respect. These
vital attributes have helped my clients not only in baseball, but in their personal lives, as well as the classroom.
To help my clients take their development a step further, I also offer DVD filming during their private lesson. This
vital tool allows me to evaluate my client's individual development area. It enables me to address
learning opportunities with each student.

Outside the Diamond, offers a program that will improve your teams' ability to perform in a topnotch and professional manner.
Baseball/Softball Performance Enhancement is actually a process that includes a consultation with the team's manager/coach
to discuss the desired goals that they would like to achieve. The next step in the enhancement process requires Rick
to attend practices and or games to observe the teams' performance. Rick will then develop strategic and goal-setting techniques to
address the team's development areas. Finally, Rick will communicate to the manager/coach, as well as, the players,
his recommendations and the analytical review process will commence. The techniques may include the following adjustments:
physical aspects, mental aspects, speed and quickness, visual, teamwork, strength and various other developmental facets

Being a former Miami Hurricane baseball
player, I know what it takes to have success on the baseball field. Playing in three College World Series
plus helping compile at UM a career record of 152-44 during my three years, I would say I know what it takes
