 Ricksaggese.com will not collect or retain any information about you personally (that is, your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) unless you provide it to us voluntarily.  If you decide you would like to be removed from our mailing list, do so by clicking on the bottom of the newsletter "unsubsribe" and your information will be taken off by Mail Chimp.

Return Policy

 We do not accept returns on any instructional CD's or DVD's.  If the CD or DVD is defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item and we will send you a replacement.  Due to the nature of the service of virtual lessons, there is a no return/refund policy.  The customer is responsible for submitting and clearly stating the desired skill he/she would like evaluated.  It is necessary to submit your request in the correct format. Thank you.

 

Shipping

 Ricksaggese.com uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most of its' shipping needs and bigger items will ship via Federal Express Ground (FedEx).  We do not include insurance with the majority of our products and services we ship via USPS.  Shipments sent via FedEx will include up to $100 of insurance.  If the customer desires to purchase insurance for shipments sent USPS, please contact rick@ricksaggese.com prior to purchasing item(s) to get the appropriate cost adjustment.  Ricksaggese.com will not be held responsible for lost items in transit, however, we will work with the customer if contacted in a reasonable time frame. We strive to get our item(s) shipped promptly within three days from order.  For prices on international shipping, please contact me before purchasing.
